We are not authorised to organise childcare facilities at the congress location. However, if you would like to arrange childcare, please reach out to us through congress@eeassoc.org for a list of babysitting services available in Bordeaux.
ACCOMMODATION
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements.
Rotterdam offers a wide range of accommodation options, both in terms of standards and rates. It is, however, advised to make the reservations prior to arrival.
There are a number of short-let apartments too, so we encourage participants to look on sites that offer such rental reservations.
